Been gone a while, eh. Sometimes, it happens.
Well, what has been goin on since I've been gone...
Number One - I got a new computer! : D
ASUS M2R32-MVP
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Black Edition w/Zalman 9500a cooler
Sapphire X1650PRO 512MB Crossfire ready (second one coming soon!)
2GB mushkin DDR2 800 (2GB more coming!)
RAIDMAX Hybrid RX-5300SS 530w PSU
ASUS 20X DVD+/-R DVD burner with LightScribe
ASUS 52X CD-RW drive (the only thing that wasn't new)
Seagate 80GB SATAII
Seagate 250GB SATAII (500GB coming soon!)
all cooped up in an NZXT Alpha black mid-tower case
Acer 20" Widescreen LCD (I got it! WOO!)
Compaq FS7600 17" Flatscreen CRT (another Acer in the works!)
Logitech X-530 speakers (been sitting on them since Christmas - FINALLY)
Logitech G7 on the way as well. Sweet.
The only thing that wasn't so fun was this -
The audio connector was in the way of my video card! WTF! I had to bend it all to hell to get my card in there. Thank god I'm not using that connector. Dumb.

I got my hair cut today.
And I mean C-U-T.
It's almost above my shoulders now. It used to be down my back just above my hips.
I donated it to Locks of Love.
I don't know if I like how it got cut yet. But hey... it can always be touched up later. But I do love how much better I feel. WOOO!
Also, tomorrow afternoon starts the Sister's Weekend Out. I'm sooooo excited! *SQUEE!*Current Mood: excited Current Music: oddly quiet |

Since the aforementioned 'hiatus' I've taken from WoW, I've found myself with more free time. Like.... a lot of free time.
I've spent some of it cruising various sites on the net that I haven't visited in some time. One site I hadn't logged into in almost two years. Crazy! Upon discovering that, I cleaned up some things and updated. I then jumped over to a few other sites and cleaned them up. I've been doing that slowly, going through my bookmarks, cleaning up things here and there. Then I moved on to my actual computer, went through folders and cleaned, cleaned, updated, and cleaned some more.
It was like I got in the mood to Spring Clean.
My apt is next.

I've been WoW free for... what, a month now? Phew.
I almost don't even have an urge to click the icon anymore.
I took the hiatus because I've had some relationship stuff completely knock me over, something I never expected. And a few other personal issues and little other things here and there.
People have said, 'you'll be back.' Maybe. WotLK is coming sometime, so really, who knows? But I really don't know for sure.Current Mood:  listless Current Music: Ass Like That - Eminem |

Well.... gotta start somewhere, eh?
Thanks to LJ drama, I have moved myself here. Even thought I hadn't used my LJ in quite a while, the whole thing just stinks. So I chose to remove myself from that whole mess.
Found IJ through some weird and random events. This place feels quite comfy and cozy.
I think I just might stay.
